2025 Library Lights Honoree Nomination Form
This holiday season, honor the memory of a friend, loved one, or pet with a light on the Altamont Village Gazebo in Orsini Park. Each light costs $5.00 and all proceeds benefit Altamont Free Library. The honorees names will be read during the Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 5th at 6pm and be published on the library’s website. Please join us for this always moving and poignant ceremony.
Just fill out the Honoree Nomination Form and return it to the library by December 2nd, 2025.

We would like to thank Mayor Dineen and the Altamont Village Board for allowing us to once again use Orsini Park and its gazebo for this event. We would also like to thank the Village DPW staff for doing such a wonderful job of decorating the gazebo.
