1. The meeting was called to order by Raelee Grimm at 7:09 pm.

2. Public Comment Period
No public comment.

3. Additions to the January 2026 agenda
None.

4. Review and acceptance of minutes of December 15th, 2025 meeting
Motion to accept the meeting minutes with the change of the time of January meeting by Christine Carpenter; seconded by Nicole Robinson. Accepted by the board.

5. Treasurer’s Report for December 2025
Joe shared the Treasurer’s Report for December 2025. Motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report by Mallory Fremgen; seconded by Nicole Robinson. Accepted by the board.

6. Director’s Report
Joe Burke shared the Director’s Report for January 2026.

i. LPR Meeting Monday 3/2

i. Mission Statement – Motion to accept with no revision Christine Carpenter and Mallary Fremgen.

ii. Library Charter – No action taken.

iii. Long Range Plan of Service – completed in LRP section.

i. Tracy Mayer has accepted the role of Assistant Treasurer.  Motion to appoint Tracy Mayer by Joleen Rockhill seconded by Mallory Fremgen.  Accepted by the Board.
