Present: Joseph Burke (Director), Rachel Lane (President), Christine Carpenter (Vice President), Tracy Mayer (Treasurer), Paul Scilipoti (Asst. Treasurer), Katherine Nelson (Secretary), Raelee Grimm, Debbie Evans, Mallory Fremgen

Absent: Jeff Perlee, Rebecca Stumpf

1. The meeting was called to order by Christine Carpenter at 6:04 pm.

2. Public Comment Period
No public comment.

3. Additions to the October 27th, 2025 agenda
None.

4. Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter
Motion to leave Open Session by Tracy Mayer; seconded by Mallory Fremgen. Approved by the board.

Motion to enter Executive Session by Raelee Grimm; seconded by Rachel Lane. Approved by the board.

Motion to leave Executive Session by Tracy Mayer seconded by Rachel Lane. Approved by the board.

Motion to enter Open Session by Mallory Fremgen; seconded by Debbie Evans. Approved by the board.

5. Executive Committee Report

a. Authorization of Treasurer Tracy Mayer as QuickBooks Administrator - Motion by Christine Carpenter to transfer the Quickbooks administrator role from Bookkeeper to Board Treasurer Position, currently held by Tracy Mayer; seconded by Raelee Grimm. Approved by the board.

b. Extend the Accounts Payable Procedure - Motion by Katherine Nelson to extend the current Accounts Payable Procedure until May 19, 2026; seconded by Mallory Fremgen. Approved by the board.

6. The meeting was adjourned at 7:02 pm.
