The meeting
was called to order by Christine Carpenter at 6:36 pm. Since so many board
members are absent tonight, this meeting will be informational only, with notes
taken to reflect our conversation. The Policy and By-Law Committee will
consider how to more clearly define the quorum requirements.

Toshiba
Contract Extension: The contract has been extended by a year.

UHLS Equity
Challenge: Rachel Lane will report out at our next meeting.

a.
Auditing Firm
Development: Will use T.M. Bixbee for this year’s
financial review; will seek a new firm to conduct a full audit next year.
