1. The meeting was called to order by Rachel Lane at 6:35 pm.

2. Public Comment Period

3. Additions to the April 2024 agenda
None.

4. Review and acceptance of minutes of March 18, 2024 meeting
Motion to accept the meeting minutes by Paul Scilipoti, seconded by Jeff Perlee. Accepted by the board.

5. Treasurer’s Report
Joe Burke shared the April 2024 Treasurer’s Report in Tracy’s absence. Motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report by Christine Carpenter, seconded by Raelee Grimm. Accepted by the board.

6. Director’s Report
Joe Burke shared the Director’s Report for April 2024.

7. Committee Reports

a. Building:

i. Preparations are being made to install the historic marker.

b. Finance: Nothing to report.

c. Sustainability: Nothing to report.

d. Communications & Engagement:

i. Created working agreements.

e. Gala & Events:

i. Proposed Florist Expenses - Request for up to $400 to spend at Bella Fleur on flower arrangements. Motion to approve the request by Christine Carpenter, seconded by Paul Scilipoti. Approved by the board.

f. Personnel: Nothing to report.

g. Policy:

i. Circulation Policy - Motion to approve the amended policy by Jeff Perlee, seconded by Raelee Grimm. Approved by the board.

ii. Computer and Internet Policy - Motion to approve the amended policy by Rebecca Stumpf, seconded by Jeff Perlee. Approved by the board.

h. Program: Nothing to report.
