Here is it how it works: come check out a book from our teen section that you have never read before, read it, then come back and fill out a short review of the book. AROUND THE WORLD POTLUCK: NEW ZEALAND Monday, March 26th at 6 PM Join us as we celebrate the delicious cuisine of the country of New Zealand. Please bring a dish to share with everyone and sign up beforehand at the library or by calling us at 518-861-7239. Cookbooks will be available to be checked out!
The SongTeller Sessions Concert featuring Deb Cavanaugh Friday, March 9th @ 7pm This free, all-ages concert series will delve into the creative process of a different singer-songwriter each month. Our performer this month is local folk artist/educator/singer/songwriter Deb Cavanaugh. This show is free and open to all ages.
Juice & Jammies Storytime Friday, March 16th @ 7pm Put on your pj’s and join Ms. Erika for a pre-bedtime story, snack and craft! This storytime will be just the thing to prepare your kiddos to count sheep.
The Global Art Project for Peace Saturday, March 17th from 10:30 PM to 12 PM Come take part in this exciting bi-annual art event. We’ll design flags that express a vision of global peace and exchange them with a group of artists from another country! This project is open to folks of all ages. Please register in advance.
Trivia Night Thursday, March 22nd from 7 PM to 9 PM Make a team, study up and BYOB to this mind-twisting trivia contest! Entrance is $5 and the winning team takes half of the door. Contestants must be 21 and up, please.
Easter Egg Dyeing Friday, March 30th from 10 AM to 12 PM Easter is just around the corner, and what better way to get into the spirit than by dyeing Easter eggs? We’ll boil the eggs and provide all the supplies, so all you have to bring is your creativity! Please sign up in advance and bring a friend.
